ca 1913 Flag of ROC 1c PSC posted at Peking-Moukden TPO to Chinwangtao, tied by “Peking Moukden / Mail Car / 13” circular h.s. Stephen Yen stated that post office rents a carriage when the mail volume is high. Mails posted on the train would be applied with this type of h.s. Examples are rare.

約1913年五色旗1分郵資片，經京奉鐵路寄秦皇島，銷少見之“京奉 / 信車 / 十三”三格圓戳。嚴平西指郵務量高時，郵政會向鐵路局租用一節專車。車上投遞之郵件會使用此無日期圓戳，但此情況並不多見，甚為難得。
