Customs, Newchwang, China, franked with one-penny postage stamp, cancelled by barred numeral "28B", plus "STREATHAM S.W. / FE 23/01" c.d.s. in England, further cancelled by the arrival China bilingual c.d.s. "NEWCHWANG 9 APR / 01". On the reverse side, Shanghai B.P.O entry c.d.s. "SHANGHAI B.Ρ.Ο. / ΑΡ 3 / 01".
