Tongzhi Year 2 (1863) submission to emperor by the Governor of Shansi reporting a battle during Muslim rebellion. Returned by the Imperial Court with comment "Imperial Decree under separate cover, as instructed by the Regent and the cabinet by Royal Order". The emperor was then merely eight years old.

同治二年（1863）陝西巡撫張集馨等漢文題本，奏陝甘回亂期間歧山縣抗敵詳情，上有墨批“議政王軍機大臣奉旨﹕另有旨。欽此”。
