1909 Liutwan (11 Jul) to Peking. Red band cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon 3c + 5c on reverse, tied by Liutwan bilingual cds. On front with Liutwan English registered mark. Transit Tsinan. Shantung registered marks are always scarce. Example of full English registered mark on domestic mail.

1909.7.11 柳疃寄北京。紅條封，背貼蟠龍3分 + 5分，銷柳疃腰腰框英漢日戳。正鈐全英文“Liutuan (China)”掛號橫戳。經濟南。山東掛號戳向來少見。此為於國內郵件上蓋全英文掛號章之例子。
