1905 Foochow (29 Aug) to Tsingtau. Red band cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon 1c in 2 pairs + 10c on both sides, tied by scarce "Customs" removed Foochow cds., along with also rare full English "FOOCHOW CITY (CHINA)" registered mark. Arrived Kiaochow (23 Sep). Stephen Yen belived that this cds was used in Foochow Inner City branch. Also, he only recorded this Foochow City registered mark in 1902 and 1903.

1905.8.29 福州寄青島。紅條封，正背貼蟠龍1分雙連x2 + 1角，銷少見之福州挖海關日戳。正鈐“FOOCHOW CITY”全英文掛號橫戳。9.23抵膠州。嚴平西認為福州挖海關日戳於福州城內分局使用。而FOOCHOW CITY英文掛號戳在嚴平西記錄中亦僅見於1902及1903年。
