1854 Hong Kong (4 Jul) to USA, rated “26” but crossed out and changed to “41”, applied with scarce “SHIPLETTER / VICTORIA HONGKONG” cachet. On reverse with Hong Kong double-arc cds. Transit London (6 Sep). This letter was carried by Cadiz, Bengal and Ripon.
