1920 (11 Dec) A money remittance form used in Blagoveshchensk, f.w. Amur regional stamps 4x 2r + 6x 5r + 10x 30r, in total of 338r, tied by Blagoveshchensk cds, alongside with Blagoveshchensk label. Very scarce large franking of Amur regional stamps. This set of stamp was issued in Blagoveshchensk after the death of Kolchak.
