1916 (9 Jul) Russian 3k PSC from Harbin to Fulya-Erdi, tied by Harbin cds. Arrived with very scarce Fulya-Erdi T&S type 1 cds (10 Jul). T&S recorded only one example of this cds on a loose stamp.

1916.7.9 俄國3戈比郵資片，自哈爾濱寄富拉爾基，銷哈爾濱日戳。抵達時鈐極罕之富拉爾基T&S 1型日戳。T&S記錄中僅見一枚舊票例子。
