This military PO was founded in Oct 1945 and dissolved at the end of 1946, being responsiblefor military and civilian mails. Nice cover of military PO stationing in French Indochina.

1946.10.28 海防經河內寄台中。航空封，貼孫像50元x2，銷少見之“龍州郵局 / 經河內收發處”日戳。11.6抵台中。此軍郵局於1945年10月間設立，1946年年底結束服務，除收寄軍郵信件外，一般僑民信件仍可寄發，少見的駐法屬印支軍郵局例子。
