1939 (1 Dec) Military cover to Changteh, f.w. Martyrs 1c x3 + SYS 5c x2 on reverse, in total of 13c, tied by Military PO No. 15 cds. Transit Changteh (14 Dec). Arrived with "Hunan / Yangmaotan / Village Mail Box" circular seal. Paul KS Chang recorded that this type of Military PO cds was used until 1940.

1939.12.1 軍郵封寄常德，正背貼烈士1分x3 + 孫像5分x2，合1角3分，銷軍郵業務局（十五）三格點線日戳。12.14經常德。抵達後鈐“湖南羊毛灘村鎮信櫃”圓戳。張愷升記錄軍郵業務局日戳使用至1940年。
