1948 England (8 Dec) to Colonel Chiang Wai Kuo, Suchow, returned to sender, f.w. KGVI 1sd + 3d, tied by London slogan d.s. Applied with undelivered and return cachet. Retured to London (6 Apr 1949). Sender was probably Captain Hugh Percy Hare. This cover was sent about the same time that Chiang was ordered by Chiang Kai Shek to persuade Fu Zuoyi in Peking to move south with his forces on 23 Dec. He then returned to Nanking on 25 Dec. At that point of time, he was the commander of the Armored troops in Nanking. Very historical and important cover. With AIEP certificate issued by Dr. Sam Chiu.

1948.12.8 英國寄蔣緯國，退回寄件人，貼佐治六世1先令 + 3便士，銷倫敦日戳。鈐無法投遞及退回指示戳。1949.4.6退回倫敦。 寄件人應為Captain Hugh Percy Hare。當時蔣介石指示蔣緯國於12月23日游說傅作義自北京移陣至南方。其後他於12月25日回到南京，為裝甲兵司令部參謀長。極具歷史意義之郵例。附趙資靈博士簽發之AIEP證書。
