1920 American Red Cross China Famine Relief cover to USA, f.w. Junk 7c + Famine Relief surcharge 3c/4c (Chan 274). In 1919, several provinces along the Yellow River were flooded disastrously. These surch stamps were issued for the famine relief fund.
