Transit Laokay (17 Jan), Haiphong (19 Jan), Saigon (24 Jan), paquebot ligne N no. 4 (31 Jan). Arrived Shanghai Chinese PO (11 Feb) and redirected to Wuchow (16 Feb). Wax seals removed. Cover folded. Very scarce declared value cover, probably the unique example from this PO.
