"Republica of China" (20f with inverted ovpt variety) + Sin Min Print SYS surch $2 Limited For Use in Northeast, tied by Harbin English cds. Plus a receipt. Harbin was liberated on 28 Apr but this cover still using ovpt. ROC stamps.

1946.6.3 怡大洋行掛號封，寄哈爾濱本埠，貼滿洲國票2角 + 3角加蓋“中華民國”（當中2角票加蓋倒蓋）+新民版孫像改值2元限東北貼用，銷哈爾濱英文日戳。另附郵件收條。哈爾濱於4月28日解放，但此封仍貼用滿洲國加蓋民國票。
