約1945年三區政府星月圖BTP票10元八方連新，B版，帶套印移位。背面帶有圓戳作防偽特徵。1945年9月，伊犁、塔城、阿敏三區均以解放。先前之加蓋票不敷使用，故發行星月圖BTP票。
