"For Use in Sinkiang" issues should be used but exceptions on commemorative issues are seen. Nice franking of high denomination $1.

1920年代迪化寄上海的德鏗。掛號封，貼未加蓋統一紀念票1元（陳目300），銷迪化腰框英漢日戳。另見掛號標籤及檢查封條。抵上海。當時應貼用加蓋限新票，但在紀念票上時見例外，1元高面值票更是出色。
