1929 a pair of registered covers from Tihwa to Shanghai, f.w. unovpt. Unification and State Burial issues respectively, tied by TIhwa bilingual cds. Both with registered and censor label. Ovpt. "For Use in Sinkiang" issues should be used but exceptions on commemorative issues are seen.

1929年一對迪化寄上海掛號封，分別貼未加蓋之統一紀念及國葬票，銷迪化腰框英漢日戳。均見掛號標籤及檢查封條。當時應貼用加蓋限新票，但在紀念票上時見例外。
