1928 (2 Jun) Urumuhu local, f.w. Marshall Chang ovpt. "Use in Sinkiang" complete set (Chan PS71-74), tied by Urumuhu and Tihwa bilingual cds. Nice franking, especially the $1 stamp. Cover with tear at middle but not affecting stamp.

1928.6.2 烏魯木齊本埠，貼大元帥加蓋“新疆貼用”全（陳目PS71-74），銷烏魯木齊及迪化腰框英漢日戳。貼用1元票尤其出色。封中央帶一道裂口但不影響郵票。
