1913 Tihwa (2 Oct) to Turfan. Large official cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon London ovpt. ROC 2c in strip of 4, tied by Tihwa cds, along with AR mark and registered mark. Arrived Turfan (4 Aug). Cover with folds and creases. Although only registered rate was paid, double registration service was provided given due to official mail.

1913.10.2 迪化寄吐魯番。大型公文封，貼楷字蟠龍2分橫四連，銷迪化府腰框日戳，旁鈐AR章及掛號章。10.4抵吐魯番。封有折。雖僅貼單掛號郵資，但因公文而獲雙掛號待遇。
