1913 Tihwa (Mar) to Turfan. Large official cover, f.w. Republic commemorative issue 3c + Coiling Dragon ovpt. ROC 5c, tied by Tihwa cds, along with AR mark and registered mark. Cover folded and with damage at top right corner. As Revolution and Republic commemorative issue were withdrawn from sale in Jul 1913, plus the remote location of Sinkiang, commerical usage on Sinkiang mails are very scarce.

1913.3 迪化寄吐魯番。大型公文封，貼共和紀念3分 + 宋字蟠龍5分，銷新疆迪化府腰框日戳。另見AR章及掛號章。封有折，右上角缺損。由於光復和共和紀念票於1913年7月停售，加之新疆地方偏遠，故實寄例子極為少見。
