1913 Shaya (25 Aug) to Turfan. Large official cover, frankless, appllied with Shaya origin cds, AR mark and registered mark. Transit Yanki (30 Aug). Arrived Turfan (2 Sep). It is the earliest recorded cover from Shaya as well as the latest frankless example of Sinkiang Wenbaoju which was registered for monthly payment. Cover with tears.

1913.8.25 沙雅寄吐魯番。大型公文封，無貼票，鈐沙雅始發日戳、AR章及掛號章。此封採用公文掛號聯單交案制度，即零寄整付，故無貼票。此為最早之沙雅寄出郵例，兼最晚之新疆文報局無貼票例子。封帶裂口。
