1915 Nalapuliu (24 May) to Holland. Flag of ROC 1c PSC, uprated by Junk 3c, tied by scarce Chihli Nalapuliu cds (reading from left to right). Transit Pingchuanchow (May), Tongshan, Peking-Moukden TPO, Harbin (2 Jun), Manchouli (5 Jun). Along with Russian censor mark. Nalapuliu was located north of Pingchuan. Very scarce example of Flag of ROC PSC from this Inner Mongolian small town.
1915.5.24 那拉不流寄荷蘭。五色旗5分郵資片，加貼帆船3分，銷少見之直隸那拉不流腰框日戳（日期左讀）。同月經平泉州、唐山及京奉鐵路，6.2經哈爾濱，6.5經滿洲里。另見俄國檢查章。那拉不流位於平泉以北。出自內蒙小地名之五色旗片，珍罕難得。
