1922 Urga (28 Dec) to Petrograd. Registered cover, frankless, applied with “URGA / MONGOLIA” prepaid rectangular h.s., very scarce type 1 “Oplachen” (Paid) horizontal h.s and Urga Russian type 7b cds. Arrived Petrograd (23 Jan). It is the second earliest one of the 22 covers during the Intrim period recorded by Hellrigl (while Siegel Auctions reocrded 24) and it is one of the only two applied with type 1 "Oplachen" h.s. which even elevated its rarity.

1922.12.28 庫倫寄彼得格勒。掛號封，無貼票，鈐庫倫預付方形戳記、極罕之1型“Oplachen”已付橫戳及庫倫俄式7b型日戳。1.23抵彼得格勒。 按Hellrigl統計，整個過渡時期之存世信封僅22件（Siegel Auctions則見24件），此為當中第二早者，同為1型“Oplachen”橫戳兩件存世例子之一，珍罕程度無可比擬。
