1907 Urga (10 Dec) to Kalgan. Red band cover, f.w. Coat of Arms ovpt. KITAI 7k, tied by Urga Russian PO type 4 cds in red. Type 4 cds is much more scarce in red than other colour. Ovpt. KITAI stamps were not provided and accepted in Russian post in Mongolia. Hellrigl stated that about 30-40 covers from Urga f.w. ovpt. KITAI stamps are known between 1907 and 1909.

1907.12.10 庫倫寄張家口。紅條封，背貼軍徽圖加蓋KITAI 7戈比，銷庫倫俄局4型紅色日戳。紅色之4型日戳比同黑色或紫色更為稀罕。而蒙古的俄國郵局雖不提供加蓋KITAI票，但顧客可自備。Hellrigl指在1907至1909年間，貼用加蓋KITAI票並於庫倫寄出之信封約有三四十件。
