1918 Chinese merchant in Wuliangkhai (Tuva) to Kalgan via Uliassutai (23 May). Red band cover, f.w. Junk 3c + 6c on revese, tied by scarce Uliassutai bilingual cds. Alongside showing the vertical seal of Chinese merchant. Transit Urga (3 Jun). Arrived Kalgan (6 Dec). Six covers originated from Chinese merchants in Wuliangkhai with their cachets are recorded. They are all addressed to their office in Kalgan in 1918 after the opening of Chinese post office in Uliassutai.

1918.5.23 “勿朗海代青貝子旗/義聚公記”經烏里雅蘇台寄張家口。紅條封，背貼帆船3分 + 6分，銷少見之烏里雅蘇台腰框英漢日戳。旁鈐義聚公記始發直戳。6.3經庫倫。12.6抵張家口。 中華郵政烏里雅蘇台郵局於民國七年（1918）4月1日開業，4月5日庫倫和烏里雅蘇台間首次發送郵件，烏梁海華商也通過烏里雅蘇台中轉收發郵件；在寄往張家口本號的中式信封封面上蓋有戳記：“勿朗海代青貝子旗/義聚公記”，烏梁海異譯勿朗海，寄信頻率約每月兩封，根據其序號推算，從6號起應該在烏里雅蘇台開局之後寄出，則同一通信總數可能有19件之多,目前僅見6件存世記錄。
