1919 a pair of PPC to/from American Expeditionary Force in Vladivostok, f.w. Russian and Straits Settlement issue, showing Vladivostok censor mark in Russian. One of the cards was sent by diplomat Ernest Johnson who was one of the 11 diplomats assigned to Russia due to intervention.

1919年一對往來海參崴美國西伯利亞遠征軍之圖片明信片，分別貼俄國及海峽殖民地票，鈐海參崴俄文檢查章。當中一件出自外交家Ernest Johnson。他是因干涉西伯利亞而被委派的十一位外 交官之一。
