1905 Taolaichao (12 Apr) to St. Petersburg, frankless, applied with scarce Taolaichao Russian PO cds. Showing "Russian-Dutch Detachment" horizontal h.s and Red Cross circular mark. Cover opened out and reduced. T&S did not record any example from this PO, hence extremely scarce. Taolaichao was located in Kirin province, south of Harbin.
