1905 Tiehling (13 Mar) to Empress Marie Feodorovna's Charity Warhouse, St. Petersburg. Frankless postcard, applied with Tiehling Russian PO T&S type 1 cds and "21st Military Medical Transport Unit of Manchuria Army" circular mark in violet. Arrived St. Petersburg (4 Apr). Very late example of Tiehling Russian PO as it was closd in Mar 1905 when Japanese Army entered the town. T&S recorded only a few stampless military covers of this PO.

1905.3.13 鐵嶺寄聖彼得堡之瑪麗亞·費奧多羅芙娜皇后慈善倉庫。圖片明信片，鈐鐵嶺俄局T&S 1型日戳及“滿洲軍第二十一軍事醫療運輸部隊”圓章。4.4抵聖彼得堡。鐵嶺俄局於1905年3月因日軍入城而關閉，故此為極晚例子。T&S記錄之鐵嶺存世例子僅有數件無貼票軍郵封。
