1905 17th Army Corps (12 Aug) to Russia, frankless, applied with 17th Army Corps FPO serial 3 and serial 4 cds in violet on both sides. On reverse with Headquarter 3rd Infantry Division circular cachet. Arrived Kaluga (6 Sep). Kenneth Clark recorded that this PO alwaus moved with headquarters.
