1901 Kwangchentze (Oct) to Russia. Insured remittance cover, applied with scarce FPO No. 14 cds. On reverse with five wax seals. Showing manuscript of "5" (ruble) and "7+3+7/17" postage charge. Transit Harbin (6 Oct) with scarce Casey type 1b cds. Kenneth Clark did not record any example from FPO no. 14, hence, extremely scarce. Probably the earliest example from Kwangchentze as well as the only insured money letter.
