1903 Shanhaikwan (7 Aug) to Francec, f.w. Coat of Arms 10k, tied by scarce Shanhaikwan Russian PO T&S type 2 cds in blue. Transit Chinese Eastern Railway line 261 with also rare T&S type 1 cds. Arrived Toulon (17 Sep). T&S only recorded Shanhaikwan type 2 cds on one stampless cover as transit. T&S also stated that postal material from line 261 during the early 1900s are also scarce as only a few loose stamps of CER line 261 type 1 cds were recorded.

1903.8.7 海關寄法國，貼軍徽圖10戈比，銷少見之山海關俄局T&S 2型藍色日戳。經中東鐵路261線，鈐T&S 1型日戳。9.17抵Toulon。山海關2型日戳在T&S記錄中僅見一件蓋於無貼票封上作中轉戳的例子。而1900年代初之中東鐵路261線存世例子亦甚罕，T&S記錄之1型日戳存世例子僅有數枚散票。
