1903 Inkow (Newchwang) (12 Sep) to Germany. German ovpt. China 5pf PSC used as postcard, f.w. Coat of Arms 4k, tied by Inkow Russian FPO No. 13 T&S type 1 cds. Transit Chinese Eastern Railway line 262 (17 Sep) with T&S type 1 serial 2 cds. Arrived Augsburg (18 Oct). T&S stated that postal materials of line 262 during early 1900s are rare as only several loose stamps recorded.

1903.9.12 營口（牛莊）寄德國。德國加蓋China 5芬尼郵資片用作明信片，貼軍徽圖4戈比，銷營口俄軍13局T&S 1型日戳。9.17經中東鐵路262線，鈐T&S 1型2字日戳。10.18抵Augsburg。T&S指出，1900年代初中東鐵路262線之存世例子十分稀罕少見，其記錄中僅見數枚散票。
