1901 Inkow (Newchwang) (4 Aug) to Russia. Insured remittance cover, applied with Inkow Russian PO T&S type 2 cds. On reverse with five wax seals. Showing manuscript of "2" (ruble) and "17+3/20" postage charge. Although mails from Inkow are rather common, insured remittance cover is very special.

1901.8.4 營口（牛莊）寄俄國。保險匯款封，鈐營口俄局T&S 2型日戳，另見五處火漆。寫有“2”（盧布）及“17+3/20”（郵資）。雖然出自營口之郵件甚多，但保險匯款封難得一遇。
