1911 (27 Sep) Insured money letter for 50 Rouble from Harbin to Austria, f.w. Coat of Arms 15k in pair + 14k, tied by Harbin Russian PO T&S type 4 cds. On front with scarce "Valeur declaree" label, postmaster horizontal h.s. and registered label. On reverse with Harbin PO wax seals. Arrived Vienna (27 Oct). Probably unique for the postmaster h.s. and valeur declaree purple label.
