KITAI 3k in strip of 4 + 7k in strip of 4 on reverse, in total of 40k for triple weight registered rate, tied by Peking Russian PO T&S type 6 cds. On front with also scarce emergency "PEKIN" registered mark. Transit Chinese Eastern Railway postal wagon no. 261 (15 Sep), Moscow (28 Sep).
