1900s Double-registered red band cover from Jaoyang, f.w. Coiling Dragon 10c + 2c on reverse, tied by Chihli Jaoyang Branch Office circular h.s. On front with RR mark and vertical "Registered from Jaoyang" mark. Nice postmarks.

1900年代雙掛號紅條封，寄自饒陽，背貼蟠龍1角 + 2分，銷“直隸饒陽郵政分局”三格日戳。正鈐RR章及“由饒陽掛號”直戳。出色。
