US Columbus & Liberty 1c stationery cover, uprated by US issue 3c + 4c + 2x 5c, tied by obliterator, alongside with oval Lowell origin d.s and registered label. Transit San Francisco (19 Aug). Arrived Chefoo (9 Sep) with dollar cds. Very rare example of this type of stationery cover to China.
