China diagonally at 56 degree 3pf x2 + 5pf, tied by scarce Peking German PO type 6 circular h.s. Card top right with tear but not affecting postmark and stamps. Very unusual example of German military using Indian PSC, not to mention the scarce type 6 temporary cancel.

1900.10.3 印度維多利亞女皇像改值CEF 1安娜郵資片，被德軍用作明信片自北京寄寄德國，貼數目字票斜蓋China 56度3芬尼x2 + 5芬尼，銷少見之北京德局6型無日期圓戳。片右上方帶裂口但不影響郵票郵戳。德軍使用英印郵資片難得，更遑論本已少見之北京德局6型圓戳。
