Ceres 5c imperf strip of 5 (the common 25c stamps were out of stock), tied by CCH diamond obliterator in blue, along with scarce "CORR D ARMES" (bottom scratched out) Desrousseaux type d(0) octagonal d.s. On reverse with also scarce "COMMANDANT SUPERIEUR DES TROUPES / TONG-KING" circular seal. Transit Saigon (20 Apr), paquebot Ligne N no. 6 (25 Apr). Desrousseaux recorded only 6 covers and 1 piece with the "COMMANDANT SUPERIEUR DES TROUPES / TONG-KING" seal.
1876.4.15 河內寄法國，貼五穀女神無齒5生丁橫五連（當時25生丁票短缺），銷CCH藍色菱形殺手戳，旁鈐少見之“CORR D ARMES”（下方挖字）Desrousseaux D(0)型八角形日戳。背鈐同同樣難得之“COMMANDANT SUPERIEUR DES TROUPES / TONG-KING”圓戳。4.20經西貢。4.25經郵船N線6號。“COMMANDANT SUPERIEUR DES TROUPES / TONG-KING”圓戳在Desrousseaux記錄中僅見六件信封及一件剪片。
