1864 (5 May) Cover by Admiral de la Grandiere to Bien Hoa by "Tram", applied with "COMMANDANT / EN CHEF / EN COCHINCHINE" oval seal. Along with "Par le Tram" annotation. Arrived Bien Hoa with bilingual cachet, With original leetter. On 1 Jan 1864, the coexistence of post office and the "Tram" were decided. "Tram" referes to a traditional postal service that mail were marked with "Par le Tram" and sent in sealed bags to localities without post office. A great rarity.
