ca 1920s from Frencch river gunboat "Balny" to France, applied with "CANONNIERE FLUVIALE BALNY" cachet and French Marine anchor seal on front while "Forces navales en Extreme-Orient / Flottille du Yang-Tsi-Kiang / Canonniere Fluviale Balny" cachet on reverse. "Balny" served in China since 1921 and it was decommissioned in 1940. In 1944, it was handed over to the nationalist government.

約1920年代法軍炮艇“Balny”寄法國，正鈐“CANONNIERE FLUVIALE BALNY”橫戳及海軍船錨圓戳，背鈐‘Forces navales en Extreme-Orient / Flottille du Yang-Tsi-Kiang / Canonniere Fluviale Balny”三行橫戳。Balny號於1921年起於長江服役，於1940年退役，隨後1944年移交國民政府。
