French regular issue 10c + 15c, tied by Tientisn French PO cds., along with “via Port Arthur and Siberia / France” blue cachet in Russian. On reverse with "Le Vagurmestre" circular seal. Transit French paquebot ligne N no. 2 (18 Sep). Arrived Germany (21 Oct). The postal service of Trans-Siberian Railway inaugurated in 1902. Also, Desrousseaux stated that using this type of regular issue is rare on military mails.

1903.9.7 對華遠征軍封自天津寄德國，貼普通票10生丁 + 15生丁，銷天津法局日戳。旁鈐“經旅順及西伯利亞 / 法國”藍色俄文指示戳。9.18經法國郵船N線2號。10.21抵德國。西伯利亞鐵路之郵政服務於1902年開通。Desrousseaux指，軍郵貼用此款普通票甚為少見。
