Hsuan Tung Year 3 (1911) Submission from the Ministry of the Army to the Emperor, regarding the promotion of officers. Approval granted “as proposed” written on separate slip of paper, most probably in the hand of the Regent, the father of the infant emperor.

宣統三年（1911）奏摺，為陸軍部官員升補事請旨，另紙墨批“依議”，當為監國攝政王所批。
