1913 Kouang Tcheou Wan (16 Jan) to France. View PPC, f.w. Navigation and Commerce issue ovpt. "TIMBRE COLIS POSTAUX" 10c, tied by scarce Kouang Tcheou Wan Desrousseaux type 3 cds. Desrousseaux stated that the postal service of Kouang Tcheou Wan office closed in 1910 but remained open for telegraphic service. This type of postmark, therefore, was used for convenience and were usually seen on small vales.

1913.1.16 廣州灣寄法國。風光明信片，貼航海及商貿神像加蓋包裹票10生丁，銷少見之廣州灣法局Desrousseaux 3型日戳。Desrousseaux指廣州灣郵局於1910年停止郵政服務，但仍提供電報服務。這批新日戳僅為方便工作而使用。
