In combination with Coat of Arms ovpt. KITAI 10k in block of 4, tied by Inkow (Newchwang) Russian FPO No. 13 T&S type 1 cds (1 Sep), alongside with Russian registered label and R mark. Transit Chinesee Eastern Railway Line No. 262 (3 Sep) with scarce T&S type 1 serial 2 cds. Moscow (17 Sep). Arrived Koln (4 Oct). T&S stated that postal materials of line 262 during early 1900s are rare as only several loose stamps recorded.

1903.9 天津經西伯利亞寄德國，背貼蟠龍1角4枚，銷天津半切漢英日戳，旁鈐掛號章。9.14經牛莊。加貼軍徽圖加蓋KITAI 10戈比四方連，銷營口（牛莊）俄軍13局T&S 1型日戳（9.1），旁見俄文掛號標籤及R章。9.3經中東鐵路262線，鈐少見之T&S 1型2字日戳。9.17經莫斯科。10.4抵科隆。T&S指出，1900年代初中東鐵路262線之存世例子十分稀罕少見，其記錄中僅見數枚散票。
