In combination with Coat of Arms ovpt. KITAI 10k in strip of 3, tied by Inkow (Newchwang) Russian FPO No. 13 T&S type 1 cds (8 Sep), alongside with Russian registered label. Transit Chinese Eastern Railway line 262 (10 Sep) with scarce T&S type 1 serial 2 cds, Moscow (25 Sep). Arrived Trier (11 Oct). T&S stated that postal materials of line 262 during early 1900s are rare as only several loose stamps recorded. Rough edges.

1903.9.17 天津經西伯利亞寄英國，貼蟠龍1角 + 2角，銷天津半切漢英日戳，旁鈐掛號章。9.21經牛莊。加貼軍徽圖加蓋KITAI 10戈比直三連，銷營口（牛莊）俄軍13局T&S 1型日戳（9.8），旁貼俄文掛號標籤。9.10經中東鐵路262線，鈐少見之T&S 1型2字日戳。9.25經莫斯科。10.11抵Trier。T&S指出，1900年代初中東鐵路262線之存世例子十分稀罕少見，其記錄中僅見數枚散票。封邊沿磨損。
