1911 Provisional label on laid paper complete set (Yang 147-148). 1a label hinged with philatelist name seal on reverse. Due to the lack of 1a and 2a stamps, labels were issued on 8 Aug.

1911年局長簽字代用票（條紋紙）全（楊目147-148）。1仙背貼，帶有集郵家名字章。由於缺乏1仙及2仙票，澳門政府於8月8日發行局長簽字代用票。
