1845 (Sep 19) outer wrapper from Hong Kong to Augustine Heard & Co, Canton. On the flap with oval “WESTERN LINE BOAT” forwarder postmark and ink brush-stroke delivery characters. Western Line Boat is a private mail service between Macao, Hong Kong and Canton. Choi Cheong Too recorded only 9 examples.

1845.9.19 郵簡封套，自香港寄廣州瓊記洋行。背面鈐橢圓形“WESTERN LINE BOAT”戳記及以毛筆書寫之“省交乞收入 / 十八付”送遞指示。Western Line Boat為往來港澳及廣州間之私人遞信服務。蔡昌道記錄中僅見九例。
