Entire letter, sent "via Maresiles" and rated "5", applied with Webb type 8 Hong Kong double-arc (27 Feb) d.s. and type 9 crowned "PAID AT HONG KONG" circular mark. Transit Brindisi (18 Apr). Arrived Geneva (24 Apr). Scarce early outgoing mail from Canton to Switzerland.

1848.2.25 廣州寄瑞士。郵簡，寫有“via Marseilles”及“9”郵資，鈐Webb 8型香港雙弧日戳及9型“PAID AT HONG KONG”皇冠圓戳。4.18經布林迪西。4.24抵日內瓦。廣州寄瑞士之甚早例子，難得。
