Lot 1260

1914 PC written at the shore of Kokonor (10 Sept), mailed in Sining (5 Dec), to England. Interesting content: Heartiest greeting to you all from the shore of this great inland Blue Sea….. 1000’s of sheep, yaks & horses are grazing around & everywhere. On this highland are dotted tents of the Tibetans… I am writing this outside my little tent… Here is my little picture.

1914.西寧寄英國明信片，貼帆船票，9.10書于青海湖畔，銷12.5西寧日戳，内容十分生動：“我在青海湖畔向大家問候，這裏有成千的馬牛羊，藏民帳篷點點，我就在我的帳篷邊上給你們寫信，還畫了這張圖”。
